Star Wars park breakdown

Everyone please before you get mad at me- I am still somewhat new to the boards (been gone since 2011) - I am trying to either find or start a solid conversation strictly about how Star Wars will be indoctrinated into any of the parks from now on. If there is an ongoing thread for this please direct me there. Otherwise what I usually see is SW talked about in the massive Upcoming Projects thread.

If anyone can provide the latest on "SW Land", attractions, merchandise, character appearances, shows, and anything in general, I would greatly appreciate the latest crash course on where TDO is looking to go with it. Thanks fans and May the Force be with you.

It's coming but it's scale is not yet known.

The only reason the announcement was made was to steal attention from Universal.

Disney would be stupid to not build this but they're not showing their cards yet, probably due to no info being released about the movies.

Don't expect much though. They are thriving without starwars, they don't need to invest a lot and they know it.

Don't know how/if this plays into things but RunDisney doesn't have the TOT race on it's schedule for 2015. Clearing for construction?

At this point this would probably be better in the Imagineering forum since there is no information as to what may actually be coming in a Star Wars expansion.

In short, Disney has said they're doing something, but there aren't even solid rumors yet as to what that "something" is.
