Looks good. Saw some in game footage online and an open world Star Wars games seems to be what’s needed.

I sold my PS5 just under a year ago as I was just never playing on it.

What I may do is pick up another when the overall price comes down and a few of these Star Wars games have released like Outlaws and Knights of the Old Republic remake

Saw a couple trailers and I immediately fell in love with Kay Vess. Hopefully the gameplay is actually fun and engaging 'cause Ubisoft hasn't had a good track record with that recently.

Latest trailer.

So what's everyones temperature on this one? I'm not to sure on this. I've played a lot of Ubisoft open world games. And I'm really hoping they broke their habits of side quests on this one. Valhalla, Odyssey, origins, immortals fenyx rising, far cry... The side content got very repetitive. They were mostly just find so many of an item. Or kill this creature or faction. It needs to have some meaty side content. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind some running around killing rats, but you need more than that in a star wars game.

Im not much of a gamer anymore and haven't touched an Ubisoft game since Black Flag but I am excited for this especially with the Hutts being part of the game. Seems a lot of people online aren't excited either but use anything new as a reason to bash Disney

That's unfortunately the state of modern Disney. The star wars part of the game isn't really too worrying, it's more modern Ubisoft. If black flag is your last entry to Ubisoft, you'll probably be fine. If the game leans more to black flag it should be fine. If it falls more to odyssey or Valhalla it could end up being a chore. The problem comes down to the price of modern games for me. A stellar campaign alone isn't nearly enough for a $70 game. You need the content, and not just filler content. It needs compelling side storylines and characters. Ubisoft is more known for quantity over quality in that department now a days.
