Star Wars Land announcement?

So with D23 going on, does anyone know or think if we will get a definite confirmation about Star Wars land at either WDW or DLR ? And if so, any predictions on what the land will be called? I haven't heard anything on that. AND do you think we will get the new name of DHS??
