This is one that really needs to be seen from inside the park, and specifically in the center of the hub area. Many of the effects are in that central area and can't be seen from elsewhere.Can this be seen somewhat from anywhere outside the park?
I think you're referring to the fireworks? If so, yes. They can actually be seen quite nicely from Epcot.
Keep in mind that most of the show is actually projections on the Chinese Theater and surrounding buildings. The projections are only visible from in the park.
If you don't mean the fireworks then please disregard.

None of us in the family are big Star Wars fans, but I like to see anything new that WDW has to offer when I'm there.
