Star Tours Weekends 2003?!

I noticed while comparing the 2002 and 2003 Birmbaum Guide that in the 2003 book it mentions nothing of Star Wars Weekends while last years (2002, really still this year) had info.. but as we all know it never happened... I know we are planning another trip right now for May 2003 and I was wondering if anyone had any information of Star Wars Weekends...I am a HUGE Star Wars fan

My DH is a huge SW fan - I know he would really love to go!

From what I was told, it was cancelled because of low crowd attendance.

When you know about merchandise, you sometimes can find out about things that no one else would find out.

During Disney's Pin Celebration this past September, I attended a little semiar featuring the designers of the DDG, or Disney Design Group. These are the guys that design the most of the merchandise, park ticket media and the plates, napkins, popcorn boxes of Walt Disney World. According to one artist, they are hard at work at creating merchandise for 2003's Star Wars Weekend.

So, according to the DDG, Star Wars Weekends IS returning and certainly not the way it was this year.

That's the same thing that I heard. That in 2003, the Star Wars weekend is returning. The reason it was a no go for 2002 was because of the low crowds. You have nothing to worry about cymbal.

What part of the year are they NORMALLY held ?

They are usually held in May.
