I'm heading to Disney World next week. Didn't think it would be too much of a problem picking this up for a souvenir, but I can't find any recent news on it. Is it still available? If so, can it only be picked up at Tatooine Traders or Once Upon a Toy, or is it available in other stores at the park?

Last time I was there, (Spring Break 2014) It was in Tattoonie Traders, I don't think it would be in Once Upon a Toy although I could be mistaken. Tattoonie Traders is your best bet.

The really big one is available all over the place. The small one isn't sold anymore

Sadly George Lucas broke everyones heart when he did those last three... I still can't find the joy in the original Star Wars that I used to because I keep having visions of Darth Vader actually being a wuss.
