St. Patrick's Day @ WDW

Hello Folks
Does anyone know if historically Disney has ever done anything special for St. Patrick's Day??
Going up this weekend for fun at the MK and a day at Mount Dora and Thomas the Tank Engine.

Mmm.. as far as I remember they don't do anything special for this day... Two years ago they did a small celebration in the UK pavilion (my ex-roomate worked there and they made him wear a very silly costume and he just gave little shamorock stamps to the kids).

Very near Downtownd Disney you can find a Bennigans, and I remember they trhow a huge party on the parking lot... with green beer!!:veryconfu

Years ago Church Street Station had a nice St. Patrick's Day Party, but I do not even know if that is still in Orlando.

I know for sure that Disney does not do anything with St.Patricks day...im not to sure about Orlando Though

St. Patrick's Day in WDW!

I went on the Disney Cruise Line 7 day land and sea vacation last March. I was in Disney World on St. Patrick's Day. Nothing was done for St. Patrick's Day except fpr the character's faces in Cape May Cafe. I went there for a character breakfast and the characters had shammrock stickers on their noses and teeth. That was it. It's not fair. St. Patrick's Day is a holiday and should be celebrated like Valentine's Day is in Disney World. I'm VERY mad!!

Disney World does nothing for St. Patrick's Day. Something should be done. If someone knows any cast members, tell them to make suggestions....PLEASE....
