what powers the thouchscreens on SSE, the blue triangle cars?

I would hazzard a guess that they take their power feed from the drive units that you see placed every so often in the chain.
On a side note, they are running from memory of the previews when they keept freezing on the desktop Microsoft Windows XP (I would guess maybe a terminal connection to a server though).

Yes the power come from the "bus bar" embedded in the track to the blue connecter/sound cars.
