I don't know if I'm late to the party or Disney is offering less of them (or both).

A couple of weeks ago (I think it was 2 weeks), I noticed that disney offered their typical up to 20% discounts, but when I looked I noticed for the Poly, only the park facing rooms were available, which is more money even discounted then what I currently have. I'm a bit bummed and not saving any money on this up and coming trip

They change up the amount of rooms at each resort for each offer every year and it's hard to tell just how many rooms are available. Booking or switching to a discounted offer has become more popular it seems in recent years as prices increase. A lot of the room options book up in a day or two from the discounts being released. Another thing to note is just moving your days around may open up a room, middle of the week vs weekend.

I ran into the same thing at Wilderness Lodge. The only rooms with a discount (10%) were the club level rooms which were much more expensive than what we have booked.
The only reason they offer discounts is to fill vacancies. It seems that at most resorts the only rooms not already booked are the expensive ones, so that is why those are all that seem to be available.
