The story is that it got mixed into the Christmas lights when they made their trip from Little Rock to the studios. (it was a part of the Osborne's Halloween Decorations) Not knowing any better, it got put into the display. Ms. Osborne noticed it and pointed out that is was part of their Halloween display. Since then it has been a part of the Christmas lights and its location is changed every year.
