The jumping Brer Rabbit (or Hopping Hemroid as some CMs call it) rarely if ever seems to work. It has been down pretty much for like a year with sporadic operations. As for the hopping water, it may have been turned off as with other 'show effects' due to the re-painting. Evacuations have been happening more and more because of 2 reasons. 1) They have a new ride intrusion (intrusion is if someone exits their boat during the ride) system that is still getting the kinks out of it. And 2) they have been having a lot of problems with the Load 1 belt. It has been failing to accelerate and letting other boats rear-end it in station. Nothing severe, the boats never get that fast, but it is a hassle and maintance can't seem to find the cause. So with both of those, there have been quite a few more evacs in recent months.

The jumping fountains worked perfectly just a few months back, but I did notice once they started painting, they stopped working for some reason......
Other than the fountains and hopping Brer Rabbit, everything works absolutely perfect.
Speaking of an evacuation on Tuesday night.....I was there, and there was no water coming down the drop, nor were any logs. I had been wondering what had happened though. I thought it was still running because the wait time was saying 60 minutes, or they were doing some painting at night. This was around 9pm or so during SpectroMagic. It had been working perfectly during the daytime, because I rode it at around 5 something that day.

When I was visiting in Feb. the painting was in full force and there was no water coming down the drop, jumping fountains were not working, and the water was not spraying under the turtles.
Has the water under the turtles been turned back on yet?
I hope much of this will be resolved before the heaviest summer crowds return. I will be returning in mid July and would love to see most of it back in operation.

Is there still no water going down the drop? I am going to be there Saturday and I would love my first ride ever on Splash Mountain to have some Splash to it lol.

I was there 10 days ago and the following things weren't working:
No jumping Brer Rabbit
No jumping water
No water on turtle's back
No jumping fish through goose's net at first AA scene in ride
I was kinda bummed and only hope these things get fixed soon.

Is the water going down the drop? I really hope so, it makes it look so much better. I am going in 2 weeks, and hope those things will be working, espically the water down the drop.

The painting that people are talking about was done a few months ago- the water is definitly going down the drop. -Stephanie
