Splash Mountain safety spiel

Does anyone know who voices the Splash safety spiel at Anaheim and Orlando? "For your safety just stay seated with your hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the log, and be sure to watch your kids! Have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah ride!"



Normally I wouldn't super care but I heard someone say it sounded like Goofy so I began to wonder..

Was probably done in the last 20 years when they started adding 'feet and legs' to all the spiels, that happened about 2002-ish. A voice actor called Joe Leahy re-recorded a lot of them including the Haunted Mansion (where he attempts to sound like Paul Frees as best he can), but not sure if this is him.

The safety spiel voice is Jess Harnell, who voices a good chunk of other characters on the ride (particularly Brer Rabbit, the Geese, and the Vultures). It's actually pretty close to Jess' actual voice.

It's Jess Harnell..In the parks he's the singing voice of the father in CoP and he was also Pita Gabriel in the former Food Rocks attraction.

I always thought that was Bill Farmer. It sure sounds like him. Once at D23, I met him and asked him this very question. He said it's been so long, he couldn't quite remember. So that got me nowhere. But I really believe that the safety spiel does sound like Goofy is doing it.
