Those that have been there either recently or in the past must have some most do's for every trip in each of the four parks. Mine are....

Not necessarily in order.

Magic Kingdom

Swiss Family Treehouse Not sure why, I just liked it when I had the mobility to do it.
Pirates of the Caribbean
Tropical Serenade Both without the "New Management"
Country Bears
Haunted Mansion
Peter Pan
Peoplemover Usually more than once
Carousel of Progress

Epcot

Spaceship Earth Usually more than once
Ellen's Energy Adventure I guess I'll have to skip that one from now on.
Mission: Space
The Sea's
Living with the Land
Soarin'
Imagination That one is iffy. If I have time. Original absolutely, now meh!
Canada (the movie)
France (Impressions de France) Haven't been since the new stuff opened.
American Adventure The show
Mexico (The ride)

Disney Hollywood Studio's

Tower of Terror
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster
Star Tours
Muppets 3D
Indiana Jones Stunt Show
Toy Story Mania
Rise of the Resistance I've only seen this on You Tube, but I would like to see it in person

Animal Kingdom

Dinosaur
Expedition Everest
Tree of Life (Bug show)
Circle of Life Show

One thing that cover each and everyday no matter what park is a Mickey Bar. That is my only actual food requirement. I didn't mention any Restaurants because in all these years I have never gone to Disney to partake of the over priced cuisine. Not my thing. I have plenty of those at home. However, if you have a must do dining place please feel free to list it.

I think the only attractions that are absolute must dos for me are Carousel of Progress, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and Kilimanjaro Safaris.

There's plenty of other things I would ideally do, but I don't think there's anything else I absolutely have to do if I'm in the corresponding park (Pirates and Haunted Mansion are pretty close, and the animal trails at AK should maybe be on the list because I don't think I'd ever go to DAK without doing them).

Unfortunately for me, the other things that would have gone on this list have been eliminated.

I always had 3 must dos…Soarin’ (the California version) now gone, Splash,(also gone) and Prince Charming Regal Carrousel…I keep the carrousel on my must do because it came to Disney from Olympic Park in Maplewood, NJ, my hometown and according to my parents, I rode it with them as an infant. Because of that (and to honor their memory), I ride it every trip to WDW.
