OK, I haven't seen EVERYTHING, but...
The crappy full screen version is not as crappy as I thought it'd be, but widescreen was ferverently missed. There's a Spider-Sense option (much like the "follow the White Rabbit" option on the Matrix DVD) and a Spinning the Web feature with information on-screen during the movie. This last one had info both on Spidey comics, the people working on the film and scene specifics. Sadly I couldn't see till the end since I was watching with the in-laws.

The SPider-Sense feature goes to webisodes, probably the ones available online before the movie was released on theatres. Again, couldn't see it, in-laws.
The second disc has a cool documentary on Spidey comics with intervies with Stan Lee, Erik Larsen, John Romita, Todd McFarlane and so on. There's also a kind of "library" detailing "Amazing Spider-Man" from the 1st number all the way to when Mary Jane was found out to be alive. It's not as comprehensive as it seems, and there are only covers and a little summary of the edition. You'd think they'd choose only classic editions, but some of their choices were weird. There's also brief summaries of Spidey's main villains and love interests, everything with a few pictures. As for movie information, the screen tests and costume tests are nice, but Tobey's screen test doesn't make sense. The blooper reel is average, and I still haven't found deleted scenes.
I guess that's it, as far as I can remember. If anyone has questions I can try to answer or even look up on the discs, but I plan on finish watching everything tonight.
