SpectroMagic - twice per night ?

At the moment, Disney lists the Magic Kingdom as closing at 11pm on April 14th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 21st & 22nd. On EACH night they have SpectroMagic running twice - 9pm and 11pm - with Fantasy In The Sky at 10pm.
Is this usual ??

Yeah... it's like that most of the time when I go in November. The first time, I would skip the parade and get on all the rides w/a short wait... I'd watch the second one when it was "shopping time"
