We're hoping to be able to go back to WDW next year (went in 2012), but as we're travelling from Norway and it can get quite pricy, I have noticed that there are times where the official website have special offers on rooms/packages. We'll either be going mid to late May or first week of October 2015, if we get to go. Are there usually special offers for those times and when are they usually announced?

There is no guarantee they will run the same discounts as in previous years, but the chart in the link below shows historical discounts and when they were released and may assist in your planning. Good luck!
