Special Needs Stroller vs Wheelchair

We are coming at the end of September again this year. We have a 9 year old special needs daughter who doesn't have the stamina to do all the walking involved and is mildly vision impaired as well. The last trip we rented a special needs stroller from an outside company but I am afraid she will be too big for that this time. She is over 100 pounds and quite tall as well. Does anyone have experience or suggestions on the best way to handle this type of situation. We'd rather not put her in a wheelchair, but it may be our only option.
Thanks.

Have you heard of the Maclaren Major Buggy Stroller Holds up to 130 pounds. The outside rental companies might carry this kind.
