Special booking/s please please help!

Hi all

Been watching the forums for months now and I have a few questions

My family are all going to disney yet again and this time we took advantage of the free dining etc deal back at the start of the year. We have 3 seperate bookings all staying at the Coronado springs and we leave on November 21st. Not all of my family were going to come as my uncles immediate family had a problem due to his severe illness. Sice we booked he has made a recovery and would love to come with his kids. However looking around now it is going to cost far far too much.

Is there any way to add his family to our rooms as in 2 in one room and 2 in another so that we can all come along together?

By this I mean that there are 2 of us staying in a room under the free dining deal with tickets accommodation etc. can we add 2 more to the room?

Any help would be much appreciated

You can only add more people to the room if Free Dining is still available to add (which I do not think it is). Otherwise, you'd have to pay for the dining plan for those additional guests as EVERYONE in the room must have the same tickets and dining plan. So, it'd be costly. Additional adult rates would also be charged $15 per adult, per night at Coronado I believe.

Call Disney. They can quote you your options and see what works best. So glad your uncle was avle to recover and join you! Have a great trip.

Ok thanks for all the help and I have sorted it with disney now. Istcnavigator you were right on the money and that method became very expensive so we have come to a compromise. Can't wait now!!
