Spare battery for Sony HDR-SR10 camcorder

I've been searching Google, but most of these sites have what look to be generic replacements. So, I figured I'd ask some of the gurus here where a good place is to get replacement batteries or long life batteries. We have a Sony HDR-Sr10 camcorder. Or stock battery runs about 92 minutes when on reg/low quality HD.

Good luck. I have a couple of old Sony Cybershot cameras and an old Sony Clie PDA and finding batteries for them is basically impossible now. The generic replacements might be your best bet.

I've used generic batteries for a few different Nikons and have never had issues with any of them. Usually you can pick them up from Ebay dirt cheap. I would try one out a few weeks before you go on your trip and see what happens.

Otherwise, you might be better off contacting Sony and getting them to send you a battery...for a fee of course!
