Space Mountain Maintenance

Does anyone have info on heavy maintenance to be performed on Space Mountain beginning sometime in January? Next visit will be this coming weekend, curious as to major attractions that may be undergoing maint / repairs so I can plan ahead.

Yeah, are they changing anything major in Space Mountain or just doing general rehab to the tracks, cars, etc?

It was originally scheduled for January but since Alien Encounter has been taken out they thought it best not to do away with another attraction in Tomorrowland. Any maintenance willl be done over night. In addition, no other main attractions are down for rehab at the time being

This however doesn't mean that any attraction can't go down.

good point. an attraction can go down at any point in time during the day so don't go ape if it does. PLease be kind to the cast
