Does anyone have info about the room above the speedway? I was once told it was a vip or corporate lounge but can’t find info or pictures for it...

Yes it was a Sponser lounge...

From Allears..
When riding the Tomorrowland Speedway, you may have noticed an enclosed viewing area perched above the loading area. This was the Goodyear lounge where company executives could entertain clients and show off their attraction.

Many years ago I was able obtain sponsor passes through my company's Fed Ex National Sales Rep. They were all pretty much the same. Nice modern furniture with a refrigerator to keep cold drinks. Very quiet and relaxing. It was required that you sign in with a receptionist indicating what company you were associated with. Every attraction has a side or back door. These lounges were tucked away. Space Mountain was the best one. After enjoying a bag of chips and a soda, they would gather your party and take you through this narrow walkway that came to a small door which led to the middle of the queue. The receptionist would escort your group right to the Fastpass agent and tell them to let you through. Felt like a VIP. We also went to lounges at Spaceship Earth, Test Track, and The Land. Not sure if any of them are in use anymore since corporate sponsorship is rare nowadays.

It serves as a Cast Member training room now. It isn't anything special. It has wall a/c units, a tiny bathroom, and about as much space as a small bedroom or a backyard shed.
