Southwest Airlines?

I know many of you on here takes Southwest Airlines. So my question is - what happens if I miss my flight?

I will be arriving from my cruise at 8am and have booked a flight to go to MCO at noon but now I am worried about ship delays and customs. What is Southwest policy on missing your flight?

I've never actually missed a flight, but you should be able to fly standby for the next flight to your destination. Of course, if you're travelling on a busy travel day and the later flights are full, there's no guarantee that you'll make it onto a flight.

Your best bet *if* you're running late and you know that you're going to miss the flight, is to call Southwest's reservation number (800-I-FLY-SWA) and talk to them about moving your reservation.

Not sure about whether or not there are additional airfare charges...
