I was pretty disappointed in what they offered out of Providence (Phiily, Baltimore, or Chicago). I guess I expected something really spectacular the way they hyped it up.

Help - Ding Download

I've just joined and I saw about the DING download from Southwest airlines and I've tried several times to download this service and my computer won't let it happen. I've even brought my husband down and he has tried everything, even taking down our internet security and our firewalls and it is still saying that win32 application isn't allowing it to run.

Does anyone have any suggestions for future uses of this program. Is it worth even downloading - don't they run good sales just through the regular website??
