You will find that there are strict laws upon what the American government will let you do for a living over there. Basically, if there is an American citizen who can already do it then you won't be allowed to.

However, an American citizen can't be a Briton in the UK pavilion - hence that being the main option.

If you wish to do something other than jobs initially offered by Disney (best you contact them directly http://disney.go.com/disneycareers/wdwcareers/ ) then you will have to get the legal clearance to do other jobs, and you will have to get it off your own back. There are books around to give you advice on such matters, but it is very difficult.

Also there is nothing unfortunate in coming from England. It's unfortunate that the yobs are left to run riot, that alcohol is the national past time and that the PC movement means we have lost national pride but a lot of us still know how to keep our feet on the ground and a laugher in our hearts. Remember - the grass is often greener ;)

Actually..there was a girl I knew who was on the program that worked in Germany in Epcot. She didnt speak a word of german...hell I dont even think she was german at all... She kinda looked german though...if that counts.

And actually, there are 2 girls that worked in my area that were from the UK that I believe were ICP's but they worked in MK in Adventureland/Lib Square...

I don't deny there is a lot of scum here, and that the powers need to stop letting yobs get off scott free. It's the anti-social behaviour that is blighting many people's lives.

It's not all wonderful in America (I have some idea of this as my sister lives there). A couple of examples - their education system is behind ours and you are up the creek if you can't afford the extortionate medical insurance. At least here if you break your leg you won't be in debt for the rest of your life paying off the treatment.

It's just that if the yobs stopped ruining it for everyone and the corporations stopped ripping the British consumers off then we would be all a lot happier.
