While at Disney last September I purchased a robe at the Grand Floridian and paid extra to have my name monogramed on it. It was supposed to be sent from the Grand Floridian to POP Century when it was ready but unfortunately was not there on the promised date. When it had still not arrived by the next day I grew a little concerned. Sonya was working at the package pickup desk and heard my dilemna. She took the time to call over to GF to inquire about my purchase. She assured me she would stay on top of it & would call our room once it arrived. It didn't come until very late the next night. True to her work, Sonya called our room to let me know my robe had arrived! IMHO she went above and beyond what is expected in delivering quality customer service and should be recognized! If you're reading this Sonya thanks again for all your help!!!
