Song of the South DVD

I saw an ad for Song of the South on this site. I thought it was banned in the US and I'm wondering about the quailty if it is being shipped from overseas. Has anyone bought it? Is it edited or in original form?

Just a copy from probably the European release or the laserdisc which was put out years ago. As everyone will probably surely state, there is no real Disney DVD of this film.
