Something up with the reservation center?

What's going on with the DRC? I just called them and they told me the wait time was "more than 90 minutes." Then after I was on hold for a bit they said "more than two hours."

That can't be right, right?

It is a Friday before a 3 day weekend.

Everyone that can be off most likely is off. Add that to all the people that try to book last minute trips or want to make changes and you get a pretty long hold time.

It is also possible that one of the phone centers might have gone down (the DRC is located in multiple facilities)

I don't know about that...they might have a run on standard rooms and PORS and you could miss out. You should have booked 5 months ago when room only booking first opened up.

I am having trouble changing a reservation online. Called, waited 15, hung up.

I thought it was due to my credit card on file being cancelled (lost wallet), but added the new card and it's still not working.

Try the phone app, sometimes that works when the website doesn't

I've hit it where the wait was excessive. I've given up and tried calling another day.
