Some quick questions before my trip next weekend.

Question about receiving mail at resort and flight delays with the Magical Express.

Hi guys,

First off so sorry if either of my questions have been asked before.

Now onto questions. I want to order a lot of trading pins to use for trading purposes at the parks but totally forgot until now. I was wondering if you can get packages delivered to the Disney Resort you are staying at. We are staying at Pop Century resort. I don't yet have our room number but thought in care of our name would be enough to get it to us. If packages can't be delivered to the parks does any pin collectors out there know of anyone who will deliver to the parks themselves?

The next question I have is in regards to the magical express. We are suppose to arrive before the cut off for baggage pick up at claims so we are putting the luggage tags on. The issue we might have is if for some reason we are delayed by an hour or more we would miss that dead line. If planes are delayed past 10pm would Disney still pick up are bags or will we need to do that?

I tried calling Disney customer services but no one is in the office right now.

You can have packages sent to the hotel and they should be there when you arrive. Be sure that the name on the package matches the person who's name the reservation is under to ensure the packages gets to you. Call the front desk of your hotel and get the exact address, sometimes the hotels have different addresses for different things (something I never really understood). Also, less than 10 days before your stay you may want to call the front desk and just alert them that a package is coming for you and then if you don't get it at check-in just ask the front desk to check. They may have it in the back and it has been yet to be noted in your reservation file. But you shouldn't have a problem.

As for DME, I believe that they will take your flight delay into account and still get your luggage. But just to make sure (I'd hate to give you the wrong info.) you can call the DME Guest Services line at 1-866-599-0951. They're open Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-8pm. They'll be able to answer all your questions.

An interesting option for getting pins is looking on eBay. A lot of sellers of pins state in their auctions that they will deliver onsite to Disney hotels. It's really good if you want some traders.
