Some questions about Sorcerers....

I started playing Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom last week and managed to finish it last night. It was a great game but I have a few questions I was hoping you guys might be able to answer....

-Why does every card work? Is there a way to make it harder?

-Why did it tell me my Master Sorcerer level is Gold, how do I get higher?

-Why are there numbers on the cards, I was never asked to use a shield?

-Is trading the cards a thing on these boards, is there a thread maybe? I couldn't find one.

After beating the game once, you can progress to Medium and after a second time, Hard. They'd been locked off for a while but they're open now.

-Why did it tell me my Master Sorcerer level is Gold, how do I get higher?
Gold is the current highest level.

-Why are there numbers on the cards, I was never asked to use a shield?
Those come into play for Medium and Hard.

-Is trading the cards a thing on these boards, is there a thread maybe? I couldn't find one.
I don't believe trading is allowed on the WDWMagic boards but I know there's a pin/collectibles forum.

Thanks for the answers, I really appreciate it.

It's a shame you have to play it on easy before you can progress, the game expires after a year so no hard mode for me

I kinda wish they could just open up medium at least. I had my old keycard after the year and the CMs quite literally can't even push the setting to change it to medium.
