Disney has not yet posted 2014 information for Y.E.S. Individual Enrollment on the the Disney Youth website, but if you start into the purchase process, you are able to see program availability for at least some programs. It appears that at this time, there are programs in the system through February 25, 2014. If you go further along into the process, you can find pricing information.
Prices have gone up for 2014 (shocking, I know), but it looks like the program follows the same concept that they introduced in 2013: Adult tickets are slightly discounted from gate price, but are nearly the same as the best discount rates I have seen (for regular tickets, without all the YES restrictions). Student tickets are significantly less than any child rates I have found - and the biggest advantage is for children between 10 and 17 who can still get student tickets but otherwise would need adult tickets.
