SoCal Annual with month payments (Proof of Residency)

Hi there. I just moved to Los Angeles from Florida (CM at WDW, but not DL. I'm just going to be guesting at DL.) and I was wondering how the annual pass works with monthly payments. What is required for proof of residency? I don't have a California license, but I did just get my own apartment and I have an electric bill and cable bill.

Oh one more thing, Is Disneyland's Christmas Time a separate paid ticketed event like WDW's MVMCP or can anyone go? I feel like I know nothing about DL (I've only been twice) so all tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much! (I apologize if this has been asked before)

You need to prove you're a SoCal resident with an I.D., or something, that proves your residency. Since you don't have a proper I.D. yet, I'd definitely call Disneyland's customer service and ask about other options. I think your utilities bills are good ideas, but calling first would be your best bet:)

The Christmas festivities at the Disneyland Resort are free, for now. It is not a separate ticketed event, as it is at WDW.
