Soarin' soft opening last week of April?

I'll be at WDW April 23 - May 1. Does anyone have any info, opinions, etc., on whether we think Soarin' will be in soft opening? And will the Land Pavillion be open by then?

All I know is tomorrow is Epcot Cast Preview day and I will be there tomorrow afternoon riding in costume.

I am going to miss my AP preview opportunity, so that would be cool if Soarin' had a soft opening before May 5th.
