Last year when i went in November it went on the weekend of the 4th but i don't know if they change it every year or what. Hope that helps a little bit.

Go to disneyworld.com. The site may have the times of the event because it's a special one. It may be too far away.
Another option is to go to abc.com and find a link to one of the soaps. They should be advertising for it. My mom watches Port Charles and has its page bookmarked at home. It has a link on its page to something about Soaps Weekends, but that may be in Cali.
