Spaceship Earth: No real change here just get rid of that stupid arm and EPCOT sign on the out-side and re-move all of the walls in front of it
Universe of Energy: eh, I really am not sure how long it can last with Ellen in it, it seems a bit pop-culture, but I can't really think of anything better to put in instead and I do enjoy the show, so it will stay
Innoventions: Get several companies to commit to permanent exhibits to essentially showcase the latest and greatest before it comes out on the market, keep the rest of it much more frequently updated.
Wonder of Life: Update the whole pavilion the whole thing has a sort of late 80's early 90's feel to it,
-Body Wars I would update the movie technology and replace the simulators with ones that can turn up-side down, just to make the experience a bit different from Star Tours, oh and the synchronization will be alot better though.
-Cranium Command keep the same
-The rest of the pavilion would just get a technology update
Mission:Space: No changes, or at least to I see it
Test Track: I would add back in the original WoM ride on top of the current Test Track building and re-name the pavilion the Transportation Pavilion (Structural integrity allowing, otherwise WoM would be built in behind the building)As far as WoM goes I woudl take the orginal ride in set up but for every scene that exsited add on two more versimiluted scenes still after a common scene point, so like each level of transportaion advancemnet would have a common sort of infromational scene, then guests would select which branch of the road to take straigh, right, or left, to see a scene demonstrating that type of transportaion in the whimiscal maner that WoM presented in. Then those brances would re-combine to the next general informational scene, and so on.
Living Seas: Make the ride much, much longer have an spiel as you ride through talking about different types of aquatic life and how man has had a relationship with them, then have a few animatronics scenes about the future of living in the sea, and other sea related future envisions.
The Land:
-Living with the Land: No real changes just add in any changes in technology and procedures(if there are any)
-Food Rocks!: No change
-Circle of Life Theater=>American Harvest Theater: Re-place this show with a 3-D simulator, it will use similar simulator tech as SoarN' type ride but it will be different in that the whole seating area will have a floor and the whole audience will be in one simulator, the idea will be that you are on a blimp type device, so the ceiling will look like the bottom of a large balloon tethered to the seating area. The actual movie then will showcase how America is an agricultural nation, the technologies we use, our relationship with the land and what future technologies we are using to better preserve the land and make more efficient use of our agricultural resources.
Imagination:
-HISTA can stay, but I would also add on a second 3-D theater, named once again the Magic Eye theater, it will have a show hosted by Fuzzball(the cute monkey with butterfly wings from Captain Eo)the show will be interactive as guests will control what happens at different parts of the show, through bubble Imax technology. The show will basically be Fuzzball showing guests how too look at the world in creative ways.

The Odyssey Complex=>The Visionary Complex:
Piggy-backing off on idea of Chad's-turn this site into a new pavilion celebrating the great Visionaries of all time, the main attraction here would be a slightly re-worked One Mans Dream to focus more on Walt as a visionary, there would also then be interactive displays about other visionaries, Jules Verne, DeVinchi, ect. Finally there will be an exhibit celebrating WDI.
-One Man's Dream:re-worked as described above
-Hall of Visionaries: Basically think of Horizons as a walk through attraction and focusing on the visions of actual specific visionaries.
-Walt Disney Imagineering Showcase: A small exhibit showcasing past projects that never were and a brief glimpse into projects that may be.
Then I would add Two new Pavilions:
Technology Milestones Pavilion: This pavilion would celebrate the all time most influential inventions, progress, and technological evolution.
-Carousel of Progress: Yes just simply transplant the ride from MK to here
-Exhibits showcasing the inventions and inventors that have most effected our everyday life and the scientific world
Weather Pavilion: A pavilion in between the Land and the Living Seas show casing weather: Yes, this would be the Pavilion that we in SOJI designed.
Mexico: No change
Norway: No change
China: Wonders of China=>Ancient Wonders of China: The name change would just reflect a focus on China's ancient landmarks, update the circle-vision technology and making it 3-D with interactive effects.
Germany: Rhine River Tour, A boat ride through Germany along rivers but it uses mostly video screens to showcase the German country side
American Adventure: No change
Morocco: No change
France: Impressions de'France: A simulator similar to the SoarN' technology but guests will ride in hot air balloons, instead of hang gliders, and while the motions will obviously be controlled, guests will have some limited control over the vertical motion of their balloon, by pulling on a lever on the top with will either start or stop a fake flame. Since this will be done in front of an IMAX like screen a slight vertical motion will not distort the sensory elements of the ride, as the simulated motion will still be controlled by the ride, the level just at which guests view the motion can change.
UK: No change
Canada: SoarN' Over Canada: Just like Cali only Canada instead
Italy: Get Ferrari or Lamborghini to sponsor a moderately fast dark ride that simulates driving through the Italian country side
Japan: Tokyo Bullet Train, an indoor steel coaster that goes by
Japanese scenery, the intensity of this coaster will only be about a step above Goofy's Barnstormer.
New Countries:
Outpost=>South East Asia Village: Pavilion celebrating the culture of SE Asia, this would actually be a decent size although it would have no real attractions.
Russia: A small pavilion showcasing some of Russia most recognizable buildings and places
Brazil: Brazillain River Expedition, a boat ride showcasing Brazil with a ride over some falls at the end.
Greece: another small pavilion, but this will have the Palladium, which will have a show that combines elements of Classic Greek plays with a lesson in Greek Mythology.
Illuminations: Reflections of Earth; just add back in how the countries were incorporated into the show
Tapestry of Dreams => Tapestry of Nations: Bring the parade back to it's original version but add in some new puppets and floats.
New Horizons: A nighttime show with the Fountain of nations as the centerpiece, with SE as a background and fireworks shot over SE
This show would alternate with Illuminations except on Sat when both would happen and Tapestry of Nations would not be seen.
-The WedWay PeopleMover would be transplanted here and have a new track built around future world that would go in and out of each pavillion, it woudl have two stations one on the farthest west side and one on the farthest east side so that it could acutally be used for transportaion (just as a side note the old room left in Tommorowland woudl be converted into a speed flume ride called the Venus Canals)

In realistic terms since this is a major, major re-hab, different pavilions would go down and re-open as their new forms between let's say November 1, 2002 and October 1. 2007, only a limited number of the pavilions would actually re-open on October 1, 2007, the rest would simply be re-dedicated along with the rest of the park.
