No one seems to have a definite answer yet.

I will be there Feb 7-10th, so I'm hoping to see both of them. I missed them in December, when we went for our honeymoon :-(

No, we don't. They don't know yet. Today is Saturday, the last day of CoP for this seasonal period. After this, we don't know what will happen. So just plan for them NOT to reopen, NowInc's theory, and then they may be open on your trip.
