So how crowded will it be at DL tonight?

I’m thinking of heading to DL tonight to catch the fireworks after some BBQ. Will it be insane? Or just like a “regular bad day?” I have no clue as I usually try to avoid these holidays but now with summer being the off-season it has me wondering.

If you want to see the fireworks go about maybe an hour and half early because people will be there already. Last time I went I was there 40 minutes before and we almost didn’t get seats.

Right now the wait times for DL are:
Haunted Manison: 30 minutes
Pirates: 25 minutes
Big Thunder Mountain: 35 minutes
Indiana Jones: 40 minutes
Space Mountain: 60 minutes
These are all reallt good wait times. Even though i’m not there, it seems like it is not crowded.

Thanks. The fact that you even found somewhere to sit 40 min before is encouraging.

Not bad at all. I think I may just have to go.

I hosted a family barbecue and we watched the fireworks from the deck.

They did the Pixar fireworks at the stroke of 9:30, and then after Pixar was done they crashed immediately into a patriotic show that looked very impressive and all red-white-and-blue. I assume it's that same rather good July 4th show they've had for several years now with the soaring eagles and dead Presidents speaking?

Also, the Parks Blog said the 1st Marine Division Band was up from Oceanside performing at several locations today at Disneyland.
