Snack Credits at Downtown Disney

Any suggestions on which places to use snack credits at Downtown Disney? Especially if it could replace a meal?

I believe there is a Goofy's candy store in DTD. They have quite a selection of sweet on non sugary snacks. Trail mix, cheese it type crackes, pretzels. Then there is the candy and caramel apples.
