I currently have a 8:05 reservation at Oga's and the park opens at 8:00. Should I cancel my reservation and get in line at Smugglers Run or do i have time to grab a beverage and then jump in line without wait 2hrs?

Agreed. It's fine and all, but definitely not worth paying a $10 per person fee.
