Smiley/Emoticon Question

I have a question, wasn't sure where to post it so I posted it in this forum. I've seen many people on here with I think they are called Smilies posted in their messages. I see them on above the post when i'm writing a message. Question is, I've seen others with a smiley that has legs and he kicks like he's doing a happy danc (kicks in one direction then the other) and wondered where you can get that one. Sorry, i'm not as proficient at these things as everyone else lol.

That is not one of the inbuilt smilies. When you see that, people are linking to an external site that has that smiley.

I tried finding a thread that I found a while back that had a lot of dancing smileys, but I couldn't find it. So I'll just leave this here...
