Small Victory for SaveDisney

SaveDisney has safely executed step one of their "oust Iger" campaign. Late yesterday, Chancellor William Candler of the Delaware Courts has thrown out TWDC's motion to dismiss the charges made by Roy Disney and Stanley Gold that accused the Disney Company of fooling its shareholders into thinking that their search for a new CEO was genuine.

I do think the search was BS but I do think that Iger will do a good job.

He should at least be placed on the new ballot of Roy Disney wins the suit.
