Just woke up, so beer with me. Thought this one up as I opened my eyes...

Slum of the Future pavilion for FW. Main attraction... Carousel of Blight... Guests see how a once glitzy downtown-uptown neighborhood can spiral downward into a dangerous crime-ridden area of disrepair and decay.

Feel free to develop this concept further. I'm going back to sleep! Lol

It sounded like something that could evolve into a joke this morning. The beer with me part was a typo that I caught but decided to leave in because it was funny.
