Slow rides for adults

Not really. Most of it is thrill stuff, with the exception of the Antarctica dark ride, and Sky Tower (as long as you're not deathly afraid of heights).
There are paddle boats you can ride around the main lake, but it's an additional fee. $6 for 20 minutes, I believe.

There is not a single slow ride except for Antarctica in slow mode.
But, stated more positively, apart from the 3 coasters and Atlantis you can literally do everything in the park!
A slow moving river cruise would be awesome btw.
