Slightly OT: Universal Express Questions

I apologize if this is slightly off topic. We're trying to figure out
the exact details by which the Universal Studios Express pass system
works. We have two questions:

1) If I get a pass for some attraction, and the time window for return
is, say, 10:00 am to 11:00 am, when can I get a second pass? For
Disney's FASTPASS, for example, I know I can get a second pass at
10:00, which is when my time window for the first attraction opens.
What is it for Universal?

2) (Related to the first question) Universal's press releases seem to
indicate that I must wait two hours after obtaining a first pass
before I can get a second. For example, if I get a pass for some
attraction and the time window is from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, the way I
read the press release indicates that I cannot get a second pass for
anything until noon. I know FASTPASS does not work this way. Does
Universal?

You can get a new express pass as soon as the first one has been used and/or expired. Same as Disney.

If i can remember from july this year, you can only get another universal express pass an hour after you got your previous one and you must be back at the time stated and no later i think. Or you can do the alternative buy an express booklet at the main ticket booths before you go into the park, or do what i do hire a $12 dollar wheelchair and try and get to the front of the line, i know it's bad but it sometimes works if you ask the attendant at each ride, but be warned i don't think it works at disney cus i haven't tried it yet. Or if those fail take along a doctors note to guest services and they will give you a disability pass which guarantees front line access but with a catch you can't ride certain rides which they will tell you as soon as you get the pass, believe me that pass works cus i damaged my knee while playing soccer and i took a doctors note to them and they gave me the pass, (note the injury was like 8 months before i went to universal with the letter)
