Sleeping arrangments for a 2 year old?

Thinking ahead....our daughter will turn 2 right before we head down at the end of November. At this point, she's still happily in her crib, but I know a lot can change in four months! Anyone been down there with a "new" 2 year old and have suggestions on sleeping arrangements? We weren't sure if she'd stay in a pack & play at that age, or if we'd need to try the sleeper sofa? (we'll be in a 1br DVC villa @ the Boardwalk).

Any suggestions??

Thanks!

Hi there! We just came back from DW in May. One of our children was a week shy of her 2nd birthday and she was happy in the pack and play. Our older daughter, when she was 2, was already in a toddler bed at that point so when we went on vacation we packed up her toddler bed (it fit into our suv). You'll just have to play it by ear but if you want to be able to have her sleep in the pack and play, I wouldn't introduce her to a bed until you come back from vacation otherwise you may have trouble getting her to sleep in the pack and play on vacation.

Hope your family has a great vacation!

We went with my daughter the week before she turned two. She was still in her crib so we just asked for a crib at the hotel. During this trip we stayed at the Dolphin and they have real cribs not pack and plays. She had no issue sleeping in that. One night she did end up in bed with is but it was a king so it was no problem!!

Those pack and plays are quite small so I am not sure how comfy it is. And the mattress is really thin. My kids never slept in a pack and play after the age of one.

I am pretty sure if you want a crib and the hotel does not provide them you can rent one.

Just bring your own sheets and blankets for her!!
