Skipper's canteen

If Skipper's canteen "shrimp in a cup" comes with a souvenir cup, would it still be included on the DDP. I know typically souvenir cups are not included.

I had only had a quick Google to find the menu item and I think it was mentioned it’s $15, which if correct is not a main course price!
