I am now 1 week away from the 180 mark!! So this restaurant Skipper Canteen looks fun and yummy. But do you have to call for reservations? When I look for September it isn't showing any times available, is it seasonal dining? Thank you!!

I find this annoying. They finally get a cool TS and won't open it up for 180 day ressies yet. I sure hope they do it soon. Today is my 180 day mark

Why? You can walk up to it, and wait about 5 minutes for a table, so what difference does it make?I hope they open it up too! Our 180 mark is Monday
For me its a matter of being able to. Last time I went to Disney I wasn't able to walk up to any of the table service dining and get a seat without waiting 45 minutes to an hour(I wish we had 5 minute waits ever! I've waited longer with reservations), which we didn't we ate at quick service restaurants which we enjoyed as well. I also like to plan fast passes in that area so I can make it there with out having to stress about being late. That's just how I flow. But I totally get what your saying. I can't make a reservation so we will just walk up and try. If we don't get to eat here it won't ruin our good time.
