So did anyone else hear about the coaster accident earlier today. A coaster called "Two Faced" at Six Flags America in Largo, MD (Prince George's County) got stuck in on the first lift hill with guests stranded 200 ft. in the air.
About 1 1/2 hours later guests were returned by the coaster being put in reverse using the emergency systems built into the coaster's system.
Two Face was built in 1999 and had a flawless record. Rescuers told reporters that they had trained with Six Flags staff for a rescue on an inverted coaster such as this in case of such emergency.
