Site to purchase vacation packages

Hello,
I want to buy a Disney World Orlando vacation package for 2019 (Magic your way package), can I use ANY disney country site, say US, Latino or UK to buy it for example?
Sometimes I see special offers in some disney.com sites but not in others and was wondering if one can do that, even if you don’t live there or near.

Agreed. You’ll find there are residence qualifications to be able to book through other sites.

If I change from my default UK and Eire site, I can look at the US version of the WDW website. But as soon as I try and input dates to check availability it will switch to the U.K. site again. That’s just from my IP address.

Even if you can see the offers the small print will exclude you from them.
