Site maintenance?

Trying to make a payment and the website says no reservations can be made or changed online or via phone. The "make a payment" button is gone, and was told via phone can't make a payment either. It's not just me, right??

Still don't understand why I wouldn't be able to make a payment. What if someone had to pay their reservation balance by today?

1. Because the reservations programs were down. They're likely loading the new rates for next year.

2. They can make payments as soon as the system is back online. Disney won't cancel reservations because you're a day or 2 late.

Systems were down at the Poly yesterday morning. They could not access dining plan info.

So it's been more than 24 hours now. Seems like something happened that they weren't expecting. I wouldn't worry about being late for a payment. They will probably give people an extra 48 hour grace period since it was impossible to pay.
