I'm assuming you are talking about Disney tickets, not Universal? I've only ever seen the 14 day ultimate tickets from the UK and Ireland Disney sites, but it's usually 14 day tickets for the price of 7, and it's the ultimate tickets that include parkhopping, water parks, and a few extras like minigolf, etc. Those are exclusive to European residents. Most people visiting Disney from the UK spend more than 2 days because it's so expensive to fly and it's such a long flight, with the jet lag and everything, it's not worth it to most people to only have 2 park days once they're there. But that's up to you. I think if you are going to only do 2 days, you'll have to go through an American site. Are you staying on property? You might consider looking at Small World vacations. They are free and can advise you on discounts, etc. They will book everything for you. I've never used them myself, because we always use the European discounts and small world vacations can't do those because they are US based, but Disney Food Blog and Disney Tourist Blog both recommend them. There's also Mousesavers who send out discount codes periodically to subscribers.

If you're talking about Universal tickets, I just book on the US site...I don't even know if there's a European site...I've never looked.

So am I understanding correctly that you found 14 day tickets somewhere for Universal? Where is THAT? When we went in 2019, I booked a 5 night stay at Royal Pacific and got a deal for 3 free days when you booked 2 day park-to-park tickets. It looks like they have that deal going right now, but I don't know if you have to book at one of their hotels or if it's just a ticket deal. This time, I only booked 3 days at Uni because we aren't roller coaster people and mostly just want to do Wizarding World, and we don't have as much time this time. But the only place I know to get Universal tickets is from Small world vacations or from the Universal site itself. Small World does both Universal AND Disney, though, so you could ask them for a quote and see what they say.

They're the only options on the UK Universal ticket site:

I've always used either Undercover Tourist like @nickys said, or just bought them online in the US the night before our Uni/IOA day.

Disney doesn't sell them directly?

If you live in Europe, you automatically get kicked to a European Disney site, which has different tickets and deals. They kind of assume that if you are traveling all the way from Europe, you are spending more than a couple of days. For a while, there were just the UK and Ireland sites, but all Europeans could book through them, and the only ticket options I ever saw were 14 days for the price of 7, or 21 days for the price of 14. After Brexit, there is also a "EU" Disney site, but it doesn't have the Ultimate tickets like the UK and Irish sites do, so I still book through one of those even though I'm in the Netherlands. But I need a VPN to get to the American site to book things like the Halloween party tickets. I didn't know there was a UK Universal site until half an hour ago, so I have no idea how that works, but it apparently assumes the same....that if you are coming all the way from Europe you want a couple of weeks. But I somehow don't need a VPN to get to the American Universal site, so I'm not sure why.
